Day 2: Eat only Vegetables in raw or steamed form. Potatoes in limit.
Day 3: Avoid Banana and Potatoes. Eat all fruits and vegetables.
Day 4: Have Skimmed Milk (750 ml) and 3 to 4 Small Bananas. You can also have GM Diet Wonder Soup today.
Day 5: You should eat Tomatoes and any Meat of your choice (6 Eggs or 250 gms Chicken/Fish/Meat). If you’re a Vegetarian, Have 250 gms of Paneer (Indian Cheese) instead.
Day 6: You can skip tomatoes and have any Meat of your choice (6 Eggs or 250 gms Chicken/Fish/Meat) and your favorite vegetables. If you’re a Vegetarian, Have 250 gms of Paneer (Indian Cheese) instead.
Day 7: Eat Brown Rice Pulao with mixed vegetables and have fruit juices without sugar.

From days 4 to 7, you can have the Wonder Soup aka Cabbage soup limitless or whenever you’re hungry.

How the GM Diet Works for Weight Loss?

Most of the foods suggested in the diet are high in water content and low to moderate in carbohydrates. These are also called as negative calorie foods.

So, when you go on such a low carb diet, you’ll definitely lose those extra pounds for any upcoming occasion.

GM diet helps you lose weight by limiting the calories from carbs and getting rid of excess water from your body due to detoxifying foods that are suggested in the diet program.

However, it is mainly beneficial for those who wanted to do a quick detox and wanted to look 10 to 15 pounds lighter than their usual self for any upcoming occasion or event, which is a very big advantage of this diet.

And, the main disadvantage of the GM Diet is that you will gain your lost weight if you go back to your regular unhealthy eating habits.

The Keto diet on the other hand works by restricting carbs and stressing more on fats and protein in the ratio of 70 : 20 : 10 (Fats: Protein: Carbs).
