I personally use either Lipton or Tetley Green Tea as they’re pure & budget friendly.
What you’ll need:
Green tea bag – 1
Hot water – 1 cup
Lemon – 1/2 slice
You can simply add a half slice of Lemon to a cup of hot water with 1 Green tea bag dipped in. This pure Green tea is best for weight loss and at the same time improving your immunity system.
What you need:
Green tea bags – 1
Water – 1 cup
Artificial sweetener (non-caloric) – 1/2 spoon
Take a cup of water (room temperature). Put the tea bag in it and move it back and forth slowly a couple of times (15 secs). Leave the tea bag in the cup and keep it in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes. Take it out, add sweetener (your choice) and serve chilled Green tea.
Ingredients:
Lemon grass – 1 fresh stalk
Ginger – 1 or 2 slices
Green tea bags – 1
Sugar – 1/2 cup (or you can add 1 spoon honey instead of sugar)
Add the lemon grass (crush it) and ginger slices into the cup of boiled water. Now, dip the tea bag in the cup and store it in a refrigerator for about 5 to 10 minutes. You can then add sugar or honey to the cup and enjoy the iced Green tea.
This tea will energize you for sure. You can get the lavender blossoms from any natural food stores.
